Many, many people live with chronic, often debilitating, back pain. In fact, back pain is one of the most common medical complaints, affecting nearly 80% of Americans at some point in their lives. If you or someone you know suffers from back pain, you understand how its effects can creep into nearly every aspect of life-- professional and personal.
During this weekend intensive, we will cover how to use asana therapeutically to treat and prevent future back pain from a variety of the most common root causes. For teachers and students alike, this information is invaluable to better understand how to care for your spinal health, and the health of your students.

Friday: 5:30-7:30pm PST
Saturday: 8:00-10:00am PST; 2:00-4:00pm PST
Sunday: 8:00-10:00am PST; 2:00-4:00pm PST
Students must register for the entire intensive to participate. (No Drop-Ins)
All sessions will be held live over Zoom. This is an online video platform where we can see and interact with you as we teach. Recordings will be available for those unable to attend due to scheduling but will only be available for 24 hrs.
