yoga on the inside
YOGA ON THE INSIDE
Yoga on the Inside is an approach to yoga that has been really sparked by my teacher HS Arun of Bangalore. As I move into over 35 years of practicing yoga I find myself moving towards the meditative side of the postures, even if they are challenging. I have spent many many years pushing in my yoga practice. Now, I am staying for longer timings and looking for comfort throughout the posture. Our teaching reflects this and also seeks to help students experience a more profound understanding of alignment. Our teaching is rooted in practice and reflects how we have used yoga to heal ourselves.
There are many opportunities to study with us.
Please see our schedule below and email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to register.
